Ms. Kasey/Teacher Assistant - Early Educator Certificate/Level 6
The 4 year old classroom serves children ages 4-5. It is a pre-kindergraten classroom that is set up to introduce pre-literacy and pre-math skills needed for Kindergarten. It also focuses on building language, social, and fine/gross motor skills needed for classroom success in elementary school. Teachers use The Creative Curriculum for lesson planning and assessing children's development throughout the year. Teachers also individualize education for each child by creating a Child Specifics Goal Plan that is developed by parent suggestions and teacher observation.
