WCDC offers a high quality learning environment for infants that focuses on each child's needs, routines, and developmental milestones.  The classroom is set up for children ages birth- 1 year of age to be able to explore and manipulate their environment with positive guidance and nurturing interactions with caregivers.  As part of the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers, weekly lesson plans are geared towards the individual children and their emerging skills.  The teachers provide individualization with feeding, diapering, and sleeping based on each child's needs and family preferences.  By providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, children are forming positive relationships and building trust with caregivers which is key in this age group.
