Application
Please return the child application and child medical history form to Wayne Child Development Center at 1109 Royall Ave. Please attach copies of your child's current physical and immunization record.

Enrollment
Once the application has been submitted and reviewed, the director or assistant director will call the parent/guardian to set up an enrollment appointment. This will include going over policies and procedures of the WCDC as well as taking a full tour of the center. At that time, a start date will be finalized. There will be a $25.00 enrollment fee charge. |
